David is a Non-Executive Director of HSBC Holdings plc, London Stock Exchange Group plc, Vodafone Group plc and Zurich Insurance Group. He was formerly a Non-Executive Director of UK Green Investment Bank plc, CEO and CFO of Standard Life plc, CFO and then Executive Director, Infrastructure Division at Scottish Power plc, a partner with Price Waterhouse and a Non-Executive Director for companies in the telecom, food and insurance industries in the UK and overseas.He was also Deputy Chairman of the Association of British Insurers.

Previously, Evelyn was also a Non-Executive Director at IFG Group in Ireland.

Flemming was CEO and President of Nutricia, the Medical Nutrition Division of Danone Group and a member of Danone’s Executive Committee from 2006-2017. Prior to this Flemming was a Board Member of Royal Dutch Numico; CEO of British America Tobacco Argentina; Managing Director of Coca-Cola Venezuela; and President of Minute Maid Greater Europe.
Floyd is Managing Director and founder of Chrysalis Worldwide, and is an elite performance and leadership coach. Floyd served in the Special Air Service Regiment (SAS) and was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal, the UK’s second highest award for gallantry, for his services whilst in Afghanistan.
Francis was CEO of Land Securities from 2004 to 2012. Prior to this, he was an Investment Director at Standard Life Investments. Frazer Thompson has been CEO of leading English winemakers and brewers Chapel Down Group since 2001. Prior to this he was the Global Brand Director at Heineken. Previously, he was also Chairman of the IoD for the Kent region, a Non-Executive Director at Brand Finance and a Director at Whitbread.
Giles has been advising on financial communications since 1993, including 16 years at Financial Dynamics (now FTI Consulting) and four years at Powerscourt. He joined Buchanan as Deputy Chairman in 2015. Giles specialises in capital markets communications including M&A, restructurings and IPOs.
Greg was appointed CEO of Bovis Homes in April 2017. Prior to this he was Chairman of Ardent Hire Solutions and he was Chief Executive and Non-Executive Chairman of Galliford Try plc, a leading FTSE 250 housebuilding and construction group with operations throughout the UK. Greg was also a non-executive Director of the National House-Building Council (NHBC) and is currently a Governor of the South Devon College.
