Rob Pierre
Investor, advisor, and former founder and CEO of Jellyfish
Rob Pierre co-founded Jellyfish in 2005 and grew it into a global business as CEO, working with clients including Google and Netflix.
At Jellyfish, Rob dismantled the traditional pyramid hierarchy in favour of distributed accountability, building a culture that was both high-growth and equitable. He was named Media Leader of the Year at Campaign's Media Week Awards in 2021 and has featured in the Powerlist, a listing of the UK's 100 most powerful black Britons, in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Rob is now an investor and advisor to a number of businesses, including My First. He is also the owner of award-winning pan-Asian Restaurant, Bar & Events Venue, MBER, as well as co-founder and Non-executive director of the technology company Infinity.
