Emma is the current Senior Independent Director (SID) and Chair of Remco and chair of Tortilla Mexican Grill plc, and in 2021, she was named Retailers’ Retailer of the Year 2021 by the Management Consultancies Association (MCA). Prior to this, Emma was the CEO of Wagamama from December 2018 to June 2021 after being Customer Director then Chief Growth Officer for the company.
