Paul was appointed Chief Executive of Essentra plc in January 2017. Before that, he was Group Chief Executive of Coats plc from 2009-2016. He is also Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Tate & Lyle plc. Other previous appointments include Group CEO of Low & Bonar plc and Managing Director of Unipart International.
