Helen Keays
Non Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at Nichols plc
Following an executive career in Consumer Marketing in global organisations including GE Capital, Sears and Vodafone, Helen has developed a non-executive portfolio. She was appointed to the Board of Nichols as a Non-Executive Director in 2017, where she currently chairs the Remuneration Committee. Until 2020, Helen was a Senior Independent Director at Domino’s Pizza Group, and she has also held directorships at Communisis, where she chaired the Remuneration Committee, Majestic Wine, Mattioli Woods, Sk:n Clinics, Britannia Building Society, Chrysalis and she was a Trustee of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.
