Lynne holds a portfolio on non-executive positions following a successful career as an HR leader. Currently, she is a Senior Independent Director at Dr Martens - Airwair International Ltd and Treatt, and a Non-Executive Director at Softcat plc, Greggs and Stagecoach Bus. She is also a Trustee at the Prince's Trust. Previously she was also a Non-Executive Director at William Hill and Greene King. Until 2019 she was Group HR Director of Selfridges before which she held the same role at Dixons Carphone Warehouse Group plc, overseeing the merger between Dixons and Carphone Warehouse. Prior to this she held similar roles at Bupa, Whitbread and Tesco.
