Imelda has broad experience as both an Executive and a Non-Executive Director and expertise developed in retail, FMCG, financial services and public policy development. Some of Imelda's previous Non-Executive roles include; Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of all Board committees for Mitchells & Butlers plc, Independent NED, member of all Board Committees and Chair of Remuneration Committee for Aston Martin Lagonda plc., and Chair of Remuneration Committee for FirstGroup plc, William Hill plc and Mothercare plc. Imelda has also had executive roles with J Sainsbury plc and Barclays Bank plc.
