Phil Rumbol
Non Executive Director of Little Moons and former CEO of Bahlsen
Phil was appointed the first CEO from outside the founding family to lead Bahlsen, the German biscuit maker, in April 2020, where he began a major transformation of the business and its brands, including Bahlsen, Leibniz and PiCK UP!
Prior to this, Phil held Marketing Director roles at Cadbury and InBev, where his campaigns; Cadbury's 'Gorilla', the social media return of Wispa, and Stella Artois's 'Reassuringly Expensive '- won Cannes and Marketing Society Grand Prix awards. He went on to co-found the creative agency 101 in 2010, which he sold in 2017 to IPG/MullenLowe.
Phil is currently Chair of The Marketing Academy and a Non-Executive Director at Little Moons. He is also a Fellow of The Marketing Society.
