Peter is Chairman of Hamilton & Inches, Taste Communications and The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, and is a Non-Executive Director at Baxters Food Group. Peter was previously Chairman of Gleneagles Hotel and Visit Scotland, and a former Director of Diageo in Scotland. He is also a Director at The Hotel Management Company and a Board Member of Dyslexia Scotland.
