School for CEOs prepare business leaders for senior roles - purposefully, pragmatically and personally. We do this by discussing the unique insights of our Faculty of over 90 senior leaders at our programmes, who share their personal experiences and challenges as CEOs, Non-Executive Directors and Chairs.

This podcast is designed to share some of those stories with you, inviting a diverse range of speakers from CEOs of some of the UK's most successful businesses, to elite sportspeople and military leaders. Episodes are released on the first Monday of each month.

Previous episodes have featured School for CEOs Managing Partner, David Sole, and CEO of Metro Bank, Craig Donaldson. Our third episode features a member of the School for CEOs Alumni.

Sue led a successful career in professional services, reaching senior management positions in the world's leading accountancy firms. Her life changed forever when she decided to undergo a gender transformation at the age of 55.

Today, Sue runs a support group for people with gender identity struggles, she is a Board Member of a charity that supports the LGBT+ community and she advises organisations on how to become more diverse and inclusive. In this episode Sue shares her emotional story with real candour, offering insights into the challenges she has faced and overcome in order to truly become Sue physically, emotionally, socially and mentally.
