The Leadership Series are half-day masterclasses that give senior leaders and managers the opportunity to focus on key performance and leadership topics.
These sessions are available for in-house delivery for organisations. They are offered as independent ‘off-the-shelf’ masterclasses or they can be tailored to fit a client organisation’s specific needs. They can also be built into broader, consolidated leadership programmes.
The modular programmes, outlined below, are delivered by the School for CEOs team along with leading expert practitioners where appropriate. The Series is designed in the same way as open programmes Vital Few and Runway, with the focus on practical lessons and insight for immediate use.
