Joanna Swash

Joanna was appointed Group CEO of Moneypenny in 2018, after joining the organisation in 2005 as Commercial Director.

Moneypenny has grown rapidly and globally expanded based on a unique and award-winning culture placing people and technology at the heart of everything it does.

Joanna is passionate about supporting people to be the best they can be and has recently been a Member of the Prime Minister’s Business Council and is also on the Forbes Business Council.

She is also Chair of the Wrexham City of Culture Bid Steering Group.
