Former corporate finance partner at KPMG and CEO of Baillie Gifford Life Ltd and Baillie Gifford & Co Ltd, Chris is now Non-Executive Director of Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc and a board member of The Association of Investment Companies. He mentors private companies based in Scotland, and actively seeks to improve access to capital for early stage companies, via his work with ICAS. He is a trustee of the National Museums of Scotland.
