School for CEOs prepare business leaders for senior roles - purposefully, pragmatically and personally. We do this by discussing the unique insights of our Faculty of over 90 senior leaders at our programmes, who share their personal experiences and challenges as CEOs, Non-Executive Directors and Chairs.

This podcast is designed to share some of those stories with you, inviting a diverse range of speakers from CEOs of some of the UK's most successful businesses, to elite sportspeople and military leaders. Episodes are released on the first Monday of each month.

Our first episode featured School for CEOs Managing Partner, David Sole. We are delighted to share our second episode, featuring Faculty member...

The son of pub landlords in Sunderland, Craig's leadership journey begins as a young lad, when he was exposed to the strong leadership of his parents, during challenging times.

In this episode, Craig shares an intimate account of life during the miners' strikes, the impact of failing his A-levels and how he made the decision to leave a promising career at one of the UK's largest Banks to join a start-up. One of the original four executives who created Metro Bank, Craig reflects on his own leadership style as Chief Executive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
