This intensive open programme supports leaders in or aspiring towards the CEO role.
The programme content is based on the School for CEOs Dimensions framework and speakers are drawn from the School's Faculty of nearly 100 CEOs, Chairs, Non-Executive Directors and market experts.
Our delegates come from a wide variety of businesses and backgrounds and occupy senior roles in their respective organisations.
These organisations include large and small companies, start-ups and family-owned businesses. All sectors have been represented on the programme, including Financial Services, Energy, Transport, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods and Retail, as well as CEOs from not-for-profit organisations.
Storytelling is an important element of the programme, drawing upon insights from the real experiences of our Faculty. These are carefully curated to ensure that they fit with the overall agenda.
Sessions are interactive and delegates apply their learnings to a complex case study over the two days. Lessons are further embedded during the follow-up coaching session with one of the School’s expert coaches.
The School for CEOs Foundation Scholarship makes the programme accessible to leaders of charities and social enterprises, with one scholarship place available on each programme.
Subsequent to the two-day residential, or four part virtual programme, Vital Few alumni are eligible to enrol in a follow up programme, alongside School for CEOs Faculty members and existing CEOs.
Vital Few 2 is anchored in the School's Dimensions framework and once again draws on the expertise of leading practitioners.
This intensive full day workshop is preceded by a group dinner at this residential programme in central London.
An outline agenda is shared three months in advance of each programme and the content is tailored for each annual event, welcoming repeated participation.
