This 24-hour programme supports leaders who aspire to exec-level and CEO roles. The School offers Runway as an open programme to mixed-gender and all-female audiences.
The School regularly delivers in-house programmes for organisations both in the UK and abroad. It helps individuals identify and action the key areas they need to develop in order to progress their careers.
Participants on Runway come from a wide variety of businesses and backgrounds, from start-ups to FTSE 100 organisations. Depending on the structure of the organisation, typical participants tend to be one or two job moves away from an executive-level role. We work with organisations to ensure they identify the right level of candidate for the programme.
The School for CEOs Foundation Scholarship also makes the programme accessible to leaders of charities and social enterprises, with one scholarship place available on each programme.
Using our Dimensions self-assessment questionnaire, participants obtain insights into their current state of readiness for senior roles and identify gaps in their experience or learning.
Faculty share their stories and leadership journeys following an introductory session and intimate dinner. Additional input is provided from expert practitioners during the 24 hours along with support from the School’s team of expert coaches.
The multi-rater element to the Dimensions self-assessment questionnaire is also used in coaching. This provides coaching clients with real insights from peers and colleagues to supplement their own self-assessment.
