Louise Jackson

Louise is a key advisor to CEOs, Boards and executive teams on change and transformation, vision, talent, organisation design and effectiveness.
She has had a career split between consulting, including running her own successful consulting business for over 10 years, and in-house roles. During her consulting career, Louise has supported over 100 organisations across all sectors.
Louise’s in-house roles have included most recently, Group People Director at Selfridges Group working across the international retail portfolio, with over £3bn turnover and 20,000 colleagues. She has also held global, executive roles in pharmaceuticals, travel and retail.
Louise serves as a Non-Executive Director at M&C Saatchi Plc and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee there and was previously a Trustee for the wonderful charity, Mothers2Mothers.
