Adrian was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Wincanton plc in 2015, after two years as the Group Finance Director. He was formerly Finance Director with Psion plc, an international technology business, through to its acquisition by Motorola Solutions, Inc. in 2012. Prior to joining Psion, Adrian was Chief Financial Officer of London City Airport and before that Financial Controller and Head of Investor Relations at QinetiQ Group plc
Adrian was appointed CEO of Aegon UK in April 2011, becoming a member of the Global Management Board for AEGON N.V. in 2012. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Clydesdale Yorkshire Bank, and previously served on the Boards of the Association of British Insurers and Scottish Financial Enterprise.

Alice has broad experience as both an Executive and a Non-Executive Director. Currently she is a Non-Executive Director at international spirits company The Edrington Group, investment company Business Growth Fund, British beauty and health company Cyden Limited and student property provider Empiric. She has also served on the Boards of Lumene Oy as Executive Chair and was CEO and Chair of The Sanctuary Spa, overseeing a trebling in the business’s value. Her early career was at Marks and Spencer, Diageo and Bain & Co. Currently, she is also an Advisor to the National Trust and a Trustee of City Harvest London.
Alistair was appointed CEO of Hays plc in September 2007. His previous role was Chief Executive of Xansa plc. He started his career as an engineer with Schlumberger before moving to McKinsey & Co in 1991. He later joined Blue Circle Industries, initially as Group Strategy Director, then Regional Director for Asia based in Malaysia. Alistair also served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of 3i Group plc from 2009-2015.
Alistair was appointed CEO of SSE plc in July 2013. Prior to this, Alistair has been an Executive Director of SSE plc since 2002 and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive of Retail and Wholesale Business in 2012. Alistair is a Director of Energy UK and former Chairman of the Energy Retail Association. Alistair graduated in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and is a qualified accountant.
Andrew Bester is an expert in business turnaround and large-scale transformation. He was appointed CEO of the Co-operative Bank in July 2018, following five years as Group Director and Chief Executive of the Commercial Banking division of Lloyds Banking Group. While at Lloyds he also led on inclusion and diversity and received several awards for his work, including 'Advocate of the Year' at the 2017 Women in Finance Awards. Prior to joining Lloyds Banking Group, he held senior leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank
After starting his career in FMCG with Unilever and Guinness, Andrew spent 22 years in Retail, 15 of them on the Main Board of Tesco. After retiring in 2012, he was Chairman of PE owned Poundland during its successful IPO, and is now Chairman of Morrisons Supermarkets, NBrown plc, and Evergreen Garden Care and is an NED of Woolworths Holdings Limited.
Former Company Secretary of BT Group plc, and a former trustee director of the BT Pension Scheme Andrew is now a Director of Law Debenture Pension Trustees, where he chairs a number of pension schemes and is on the trustee boards of others, as well as being a member of an independent governance committee for major insurer. Andrew is a solicitor by training.

Having served on the Prime Minister’s (David Cameron) Business Advisory Group-, Andy now sits on the board of directors at five forward-thinking and ambitious companies where he is on hand to share his considerable knowledge and expertise.
