School for CEOs Shortlisted for Award
31 August 2015
The School for CEOs has been shortlisted for the Training Journal L&D Supplier of the Year award. The School was nominated for the award by Coats plc, the world’s leading industrial thread and consumer textile crafts business.
Coats, a business with over 20,000 employees, have developed a partnership with the School for CEOs since it was founded in 2011, sending a number of their senior leaders on both Vital Few and Runway programmes. The School has also worked closely with Coats to help develop bespoke content for in-house delivery.
For Simon Youngs, Head of Talent and Learning at Coats, “Our partnership with the School for CEOs has broadened our leaders’ perspectives, developing their self-awareness and management behaviours.”
Patrick Macdonald, Partner and Co-Founder of the School, said “We are very grateful to Simon and Coats for nominating us for this prestigious award. We value our relationship with Coats, and hope to continue to support their talent development in the years to come.”
Celebrating its 50th year of publication, Training Journal will announce the winner of the category at the Gala Dinner in November.
