School for CEOs “delighted” after another successful Vital Few programme

31 March 2015

Once again the School received strong evaluations following their sixth Vital Few programme.

The School for CEOs delivered the Vital Few in partnership with their Faculty, drawn from a seventy-strong list of accomplished senior business leaders. These speakers shared their own stories and experience and engaged the delegate group in a number of dynamic discussions designed to challenge their thinking.

Reflecting on the individual sessions, speakers, facilities, learning materials and all other aspects of the programme, delegates gave the programme an overall 84% ‘excellent’ rating.

Commenting on the programme, David Sole said he was “delighted the School continues to receive consistently good feedback. We now look to embed the delegates’ learnings through one-to-one coaching, as well as introducing them to our School for CEOs network.” The School for CEOs Partner and Co-Founder stressed the value of belonging to a growing network of CEOs and Chairmen.

The Vital Few programme forms the second module of the School for CEOs apprenticeship, following Runway, a one-day non-residential programme which was launched last year. The School is now preparing for their next Runway programme, on 23 April designed to support the development of the next generation of CEOs.
