Runway builds on previous successes
4 October 2017
School for CEOs has delivered its tenth Runway programme which received a gleaming report from participants. The programme is designed to support leaders who aspire towards Executive-level or CEO roles.
Prior to attending the programme, participants complete an online diagnostic to self-assess themselves against the School for CEOs Dimensions framework. They then join other senior leaders from a range of business sectors over a 24-hour period to identify their strengths and work on areas for development.
The programme received its strongest ever participant feedback, attributing an average score of 9.4/10 to the overall experience.
In addition to the School for CEOs experts, guest speakers Sir David Reid (Chairman of Intertek), Louise Alford (former HR Director of Sky) and Jo Sellwood-Taylor and Sharon Mullen (Co-founders of Mullwood Partnership) joined the programme to add their personal perspectives on how to prepare and position yourself for success.
When reflecting on the programme David Sole, Managing Partner, said: ‘the programme has been carefully designed to balance input from the School and guest speakers with opportunities for delegates to reflect and challenge each other in peer-to-peer discussions. This cohort struck a good rapport early in the programme and were open to working through their challenges with their peers.’
The 24-hour programme is supported by an individual follow up coaching session, led by qualified coach and Commercial Director, Colin Daniel. For Colin: ‘it’s been a pleasure working with such an inspiring group of delegates. Their diverse business backgrounds added real zest to the conversations and they discovered remarkable similarities in their personal challenges. I am looking forward to continuing to support them through the follow up coaching and as a part of the School’s broader Alumni network.’
