Evaluations for School for CEOs new executive leadership programme Runway very positive
24 November 2014
The School for CEOs, where aspiring business leaders are taught by experienced practitioners, launched Runway this month. The new executive leadership programme builds upon the success of the School’s flagship Vital Few programme and is aimed at individuals at a slightly earlier stage in their careers.
The programme is based upon a new 4-Dimensional Leadership™ framework developed by the School using research carried out over the last 3 years.
Delegates, all of whom have the potential to become senior leaders within their organisations, found the 4DL™ framework particularly insightful. They gave each of the four principal dimensions –Managing Up, Managing Down, Managing Out, Managing In - a maximum possible score of 100% for value and relevance in their current positions.
Experienced practitioners Ian Coull, Chairman of Galliford Try and former CEO of Segro; Sue O’Brien, CEO of Norman Broadbent and a leading headhunter; and Kate Guthrie, HR Director for Culture, Capability and Engagement at Lloyds Banking Group, joined the School for CEOs leadership team for the delivery of the programme. Their expertise was well received, with delegates describing them as an “excellent team”, “well-presented, well-tuned”, “articulate and accessible,” and “providing real insight.”
The programme received a Net Promoter Score of +88, an outstanding result.
Commenting on the delegate programme evaluations, Patrick Macdonald, School for CEOs co-Founder and Chairman of Reconomy, said “we are thrilled with the feedback following our very first Runway programme. To receive a 95% ‘Excellent’ rating from delegates on our first run-out gives us confidence that we have developed a great programme. We’re looking forward to supporting more individuals on their journey to becoming a CEO.”
David Sole OBE, School for CEOs co-Founder and executive business coach, shared his partner’s enthusiasm: “Delegate feedback is a core part of our programme development, so it is extremely encouraging to see that the first Runway programme has been such a hit.”
