Katherine Baker believes in continuous self-improvement, education, and personal enhancement. She brings 10 years of experience as a professional coach, facilitator, trainer and speaker working with executives and their teams from start-ups to fortune 500 companies. She enables her clients to enhance productivity, streamline initiatives and untimely ultimately grow business.
Katherine has worked in many markets including the United States, Europe and South East Asia. She understands the necessity of leaders today to be great communicators in an increasingly cross-cultural world. During her time in Singapore, Katherine also wrote bi-monthly articles on leadership techniques for the British Chamber of Commerce magazine covering topics such as management and leadership, self-enhancement and communication skills.
In 2016, Katherine moved to London and co-founded Congress, a woman’s networking and co-mentoring group, which strives to give women the tools necessary to succeed in their chosen business fields. She leads evening talks as well as brings in external speakers to help mentor and advise the members. Previously, she was on the board of the Nokor Tep Women’s Hospital where she spoke at fundraising events to raise awareness of the need for better female healthcare in Cambodia. She was also on the board of the Young British Chamber of Commerce where she worked with the British High Commissioner to organize networking and mentoring opportunities between visiting British dignitaries and the young British community.
Katherine graduated from Vanderbilt University receiving a double BA Hons in Psychology and The History of Art. She also races sailboats, currently competing in a campaign leading up to the RORC Rolex Fastnet and is an avid scuba diver.
