Head of Board Practice at Inzito LLP
Carol is one of Britain’s leading head-hunters and is currently Head of the Board practice at Inzito. She has a diverse background which began with a degree in Politics and International Studies from Southampton University. She then became an established financial journalist, writing for The Times, The Evening Standard and Channel 4 before she joined Norman Broadbent and her executive search career began. There she spent four years in the Industrial and Commercial Practice before becoming Head of Financial Services.
Carol founded her own business Leonard Hull International where she was Chief Executive until its acquisition by Whitehead Mann in 2004. She then continued to lead the board practice at Whitehead Mann for a further five years until she became co-founder and partner of The Inzito Partnership in 2009. In her current role she specialises in the recruitment of senior roles including Chairman, Chief Executives, Non-Executive Directors and Finance Directors.
In her spare time Carol enjoys being with her three children and going to the theatre, ballet and opera. She is also a Visiting Fellow of the Saïd Business School, Oxford University.
